Lela Mae Reiman

	Lela Mae Reiman, 85, of Ava, passed away Tuesday, August 28, 2001 at 12:35 a.m. in Pinckneyville Community Hospital.
	 Mrs. Reiman was a homemaker and a member of Sato Baptist Church in Ava.
	 She was born Wednesday, September 8, 1915 at Ava, the daughter of Samuel Joseph and mary Clementine (Underwood) Thompson.  She married Earl Wesley Reiman on March 4, 1939 in Jackson, Mo. and he preceded her in death on May 16, 1992.
	 Surviving are two sons, Ronald and Thelma Reiman of Ava and Roger and Deborah Reiman of Ava; one daughter, Karen and Curtis Butz of DuQuoin; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Claude Thompson of Ava and one sister, Mildred Dutour of Mesa, Ariz.
	She was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers.
	Funeral services were Thursday, August 30 at 11 a.m. at Wilsons Funeral Home in Ava with Rev. Don Caraway officiating.  Interment was in Ava Evergreen Cemetery.
	Friends called at Wilsons Funeral Home in Ava after 5 p.m. on Wednesday and on Thursday from 7:30 a.m. until the hour of service.
	Memorials may be made to Sato Baptist Church in Ava or Hospice of Perry County.
